    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Rita, I’ve seen “King Ralph” and in fact own a copy of it. I love John Goodman anyway, and it is a very funny movie.

On the recommendation of a friend, I watched an episode of “Murdoch Mysteries” on Netflix yesterday. It is actually pretty good. It is set in Toronto in the 1890’s, and the main character is a detective who is on the cutting edge of technology. He uses forensic methods that were only being pioneered in that era. The first episode had Nicola Tesla (he basically invented the alternating current method of electricity delivery and beat out Edison who advocated direct current) as a helper to Murdoch in solving the obligatory murder of a police procedural. Having only seen one, I’m wondering if they will bring a historical figure into every episode.

The temp here is supposed to get up to 77 today. It will be nice to open up the doors and air this place out a bit.
