    Good morning, Vagabonds.

I don’t really mind doing taxes. But then, I’m an accountant and numbers are kind of my thing….

Rita, the undulating street was during the Sylmar quake in 1971. I was in Anaheim at the time visiting my folks. We didn’t have any real damage in the house, just a few things knocked off of shelves. My parents never did have big bookcases or high shelves in their house, so there wasn’t much to knock over.

We’re still having “springtime in February” here, and I’m loving it.

Mike has asked me to check out a couple of apartments for him today, so I will be out and about for a change.

    Good Morning, Vagabonds,

Another quiet day here. Still Spring-like weather. Winter starts again on Tuesday, I think.

Jan………….during the Northridge earthquake, we had backyard walls fall down, and the stuff inside the house…………..well…………I lost all my good crystal and parts of my China. There was so much broken things in the kitchen that we brought in a trash can, and used a shovel to scoop it all away. Anything that was in the dishwasher survived! After it was all cleaned up………..our attitude was that it was just “things”, and we were okay, and our house was still standing. But………..couldn’t wait for all the aftershocks to STOP!!!

Nobody won the powerball yesterday. I hate to think what the lines will be like today!

What do you mean? There were 3 winners. One in Texas, one in North Carolina, and one in Puerto Rico.

    Good afternoon Vagabonds.

Sun tried to come out this morning but gave up.We are supposed to have snow tomorrow and a Nor-easter on Sunday with 12+ inches. Who knows if they will be right. We are running out of places to put it.
