    Howdy Vagabonds

Fog continues to linger and this mornings temp was 38. The forecast is cloudy and occasional light rain, high 41.

Well, my Jeep is in the shop but I think it shouldn’t be to bad, if it’s the fan belt as I hope.

Good to hear from Ayre, green hair huh. Hope he’s doing OK and is keeping well.

Today is once again shopping day, that fun day at the grocery store getting food.

Wonerful day to y’all and may God bless.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

I heard from Cozy again yesterday. While her burns are healing nicely, she’s still feeling the residual effects of her radiation & chemo. Mostly it’s lethargy and a severe case of the “trots”, but she’s miserable and wanted to vent. I’m a good listener when I have to be. Please continue to pray for her.

We got the check for Michael’s RMD yesterday. We might be able to buy something for the house. (I need a new washer and dryer!) Either that or just put it into the bank, but what fun is that?

One of our favorite all-time restaurants is in Anaheim where I grew up. While Mike was in California he drove to Anaheim just to get a pizza at Momma Cozza’s. The place is run by friends of our family and was a fixture in my parents’ lives for many years. They make a “deep-fried mozzarella” appetizer that Michael absolutely loves and hasn’t had since we stopped there on the way home from San Diego 4 years ago. So Mike brought home 4 orders of it, including “Momma’s Sauce”, their marinara. That makes 12 of them, 10 of which are now in the freezer along with 3/4 of the sauce. I may try to make it some day. It’s basically a piece of mozzarella that is batter dipped and deep fried until the batter is cooked. Maybe Tempura batter would work… I couldn’t duplicate the marinara, though.

It’s another pretty morning. Pretty much a duplicate of yesterday. We’re looking for a 60 degree high, and it’s already 57 at 10:30 AM.

    Everyone have a blessed day.
