    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Mark must be having internet problems again. So do I get “firsties”? LOL

I went to see the hand doctor mostly to show off how my hands are pretty much back to normal after 2 sets of cortisone shots. I showed the Medical Assistant my hands and she went to ask the doc if he wanted to see me. He didn’t need to, so she walked me out to the front desk and told them to cancel the appointment so that I (and my insurance) didn’t get charged for it. I’ve never had that happen before and I complimented them for it.

Yesterday I started working on my latch-hook rug again. I think one of the reasons it got set aside is that it’s large enough to be discouraging over the seeming lack of progress. It’s a lion’s face and I started at the bottom with the edges of the mane. I’m up to about 2/3 of the chin now. It gives me something to do.

Today is my visit to the cardiologist for a follow-up on the harness I wore last week. I’ll talk to him about the stress test, too. I just can’t do the treadmill.

We’ve got a partly cloudy day today. It only got down to 40 last night and our expected high is 51. Tonight’s low is supposed to be 31, but we’ll see because it certainly didn’t get down the forecast of 30 last night.

    Everyone have a blessed day.

    G’day Vagabonds

It wasn’t a problem with the internet, it was a problem with timing and going grocery shopping.

It was about 25 when I got up and now it’s fair and about 26. The forecast calls for a high of 28.

Walking around the store always leaves with a sore back, the Polar Bear has heated seats, so I turn it on and give my back a heat treatment, oh so good.

May the rest of your day be pleasant and may God bless.

    ttfn
