Today is the annual practice of pure democracy in face to face discussions over town operations that can drive you out’ta your skull. Wouldn’t miss it for the world.
KFC has introduced a new product called “Chizza”. It’s a chicken breast fillet with pizza sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni on top. I picked up some on the way home from church yesterday afternoon to try and it turned out to be pretty good. One order was enough for both of us. (Our local KFC has closed, but there’s one next door to the church where the Esther study is held.)
Today is prayer group this morning and not much else. I’m still working on the latch hook lion and I’ve only got 33 lines left to do. After that all I need to do is figure out how to finish the edges. You Tube here I come.
Another pretty day today, windless and getting warmer. Today’s high is supposed to be 70. Lovin’ it!
Someone pointed out that we almost always have about 7 months of nice weather. We get about 5 months of the two extremes (2 in winter cold and 3 in summer heat). Somehow those 3 months always seem to last forever! I do prefer the fall to the spring – no pollen.
