Ernie Bushmiller was one of the all-time great cartoonists, but his treatment of geometry was a little suspect.

Interesting how Nancy was able to write the questions and answers upside down!

The mirror made her write them upside down sorry Nancy you deserve to be punished for cheating

I thought Nancy was smart enough to do simple arithmetic. Aunt Fritzi must be worried she will have to take care of Nancy for the rest of her life.

I just held this up to a mirror and it works. See, that’s good art.

Well you knew that was a coming. And darn hard to write like that.

Non-recognition of numbers and characters makes Nancy a candidate for dyslexia testing, but she is otherwise brilliant.
