85 years isn’t eternity by a long shot.

I thought they had lots of the same outfit.

Esther, I can promise that you don’t want to wear progressives or get frozen shoulder. You wanna switch places? I’ll step into the comic tomorrow, provided I get a contract that says Chris Ware is never going to take over the strip.

I love it when the strip gets meta.

The last panel absolutely NEEDED to be a fourth wall about an 85 year comic where the outfit never changes. Should have broken that wall like Deadpool. ;{)

Hmm…it’s the return of that wall with some of the bricks colored a little more darkly than the others – but not always in groups of 3 like last time. However…there are 3 different groups of the darker bricks in panels 1, 2, and, um, 3…however, I can’t figure how panel 4 fits in with all of that LOL

Charlie Brown’s closet is full of zigzags.

I thought there was going to be a more introspective twist…

Ick. Clowns do give one pause in the consideration of a desire for eternity.

Esther is being surprisingly philosophical today. I like that.

I like this comic more and more where I liked the previous Nancy incarnation less and less. Few will make the transition.

I guess this is a meta strip, in that the characters never age and always wear the same clothes. Einstein aged, but his clothes were all the same.
