The volume of these calls do get ridiculous, but their sales pitch can be entertaining.

Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) well that explains that call.

I love to torture these idiots. I kept one going for almost 2 hours earlier in August. He wanted to be paid in iTunes gift cards. He was actually willing to wait for me while I (supposedly) went to a store and bought sufficient cards and returned. I asked for his badge number, telling him all IRS agents have badges, his stupidvisor’s number and his office number and regional office number, he could not, and I went on from there with a load of malarky about needing that information before finally getting him to hang up by finally asking him to mail the paperwork to me. Reminder to all: The IRS will not call, they use the US Mail and they will not ask for payment in gift card numbers. Hang up or make them work for nothing as long as you can.

The IRS will only “harass” you by official mail. Don’t talk to these idiots.

Maybe it’s IRF in his country.

I just got a $1300 bill from the good friends from the IRS THE other day..from 2014 !!! The ex told me that she had " taken care of it " . Did she EVER!! LOL

There are great YouTube videos of scammers who accidentally called the police and the scammers threaten to call the police on the police.
