There’s gotta be a horses ass joke in here somewhere, but I’m taking the morning off…

Well, maybe it’s not ALL that bad. I mean, she’s only been sent to the Vice Principal’s office instead. (Unless the Principal delegated dealing with her to the Vice then oh well, it’s a moot point.)

All this falls apart once you realize that minors can’t sign binding contracts and agreements…and if course it’s unlikely the toy horse took the bar and is a practicing attorney.

If she’s smart, she’ll listen to her attorney. The first thing any attorney tells the client is “Shut up and let me do the talking.” Some clients listen and some don’t.

Now we know why they’re called “vice” principals.

This NDA is turning it out to be more troublesome then she bargained for.

You would think they would jump at the chance if it keeps her quiet.

Oh no. Another Michael Cohen client.

One of the “joys” of the legal profession is clients’ refusing to adhere to the advice and instruction given by the attorney. This usually results in yet more work for said attorney attempting to undo or control the damage. Since the retainer merely engages the attorney to the client, all the actual work is billable-hour work thereby making the attorney yet more money. And an old maxim reminds us that he who acts as his own attorney has an ass for a lawyer and a fool for a client.
