The good morals, the will to learn, taking on more work (like that budget) and the fact that she’s been taking courses should be a plus for her to keep her job if not be promoted but alas not in this day and age.
Claire needs serious therapy to figure out why she keeps thinking of “cheating” when it comes to important issues in her life! It just seems totally out of character
