Cean -that’s right! For me it’s always the best place. The strip reminded me of my boyfriend’s family who always played poker (some are gone now and I always sat it out). My best NYE was the year I recorded the Covent Garden Merry Widow on Beta tape. I ordered a DVD of it last week. It was such a fun performance as that one really lends itself to all the improv for which that venue is famous!
Best way I can think of grandkids spending time with grandparents. I have no grandkids and when my grandparents where alive they where far too old for that.
We spent our NYE and NYD at home.
