Bad dreams can sometimes be good.
For over 50 years I only brushed in the morning. Then about 5 years ago I read the phrase “bacterial endocarditis” just one more time and added brushing at bedtime. BE is largely caused by germs that migrate down from the teeth to the heart.
I never had that when I was a kid and I did not brush my teeth that well. I still have most of my teeth, two fractured.
