So does this mean that she has a pet named “Si”?
As a child around the years 1964 or 65 my mother purchased a toy poodle for $100. My dad was not happy as that was a lot of money at that time. The dogs name was “C-note”
Should have just answered the question instead of trying to show off!
“What’s your name”?
“Sy”.
“Sy”?
“Si”.
“And your sister”?
“Sue”.
“What does she do”?
“Sew”.
“Sew”?
I’d’ve taken Ruthie’s “Go on” to mean “Tell me more about your pet(s).”
New to the planet eh? All human interactions are about showing off in one form or another.
And the pet goes, OUI OUI!
