If my dog, a blind and deaf OLD Pomeranian, doesn’t like someone, I trust him and stay away from that person. I had a cat that lived to be 18 or 19 (not sure because he was an adult cat when I adopted him from a rescue). The last 2 years of his life my best friend fostered him for me because I had to move in with my brother and he is very allergic to cats even though he loves them almost as much as I do. My best friend is an insulin-dependent diabetic who was having trouble keeping her sugar levels even. Koko would actually wake her up and keep her awake when she was have a low or a spike. In the couple of weeks before he died, he taught one of her other cats how to do the same thing. I miss my Koko but I believe that he did what he was put on earth to do and then God called him to the Rainbow Bridge to wait for my friend and me.
Wow. In the last panel, Louie sounds like he’s coming down with something. He’s still as faithful and loyal as anyone could ask, though. Keep it up, buddy.

Apparently Louie only understands the taste of ice cream, not the magical psychological healing powers that come with it.

Ice cream might actually make him feel better. A trip to the bar would make me feel better.

Not especially liking dogs and cats is OK. It’s people who actively dislike them and wish to cause them harm that I worry about.
