I make meatloaf in a smoker all the time. 250-275 F, 2-hours, done deal. AND no pans were used in the making of those. Just form a loaf and put it on a piece of heavy duty alum. foil cut about 2 inches bigger all around than the loaf. I usually do 2-4 loaves at a time. Smokey and lovely!!! I LOVE meat loaf Sammies.

You could conceivably grill a meatloaf. Much the same as you would bake it in the oven.

Louie would feel sad for the grill, but he’s drooling over meatloaf right now.

One can grill anything, conceivably. Pizza comes to mind.
According to the Weber site, you can also bake on a grill.

I’ve grilled in the rain, and I’ve grilled in the snow. Neither is a problem. Grilling by flashlight is an issue, but I’ve done that, too.

There are still some good grilling days left. The grills better enjoy them before they’re gone.

How dose Meatloaf sound tonight? The same as he’s always sounded.

I’ve never understood this concept of a “grilling season”. Even when I lived in Connecticut, I both grilled and made barbecue all year long.

My mom baked a cake on a grill when we were camping once. Just once.

You can grill meatloaf for I’ve done it several times. Even done a couple in the smoker.

I would have thought Louie would be mourning too, he is an avid fan of that grill and its greasy, meaty delights.

Uh-uh. Not in my mind, anyway. You can say summer is over once you pry it from my death grip. Autumn isn’t bad … I just prefer the warmer stuff.
Good Evening, Crew.
