Some folks near here have a pond on their lot designed for the critters of the outdoor woods. They have trap cameras set up and post pics of the various visitors. They’ve had bears, puma, bobcat, ‘coons, fox, ring-tail and coyote all visit it, as well as all sorts of avian critters. But no turtles – they aren’t native to these mountains.
