"Five and a half, I guess, going on six.." Patty answers.<br> <br> As Lucy skips rope, Violet asks, "How old are you, Lucy?"<br> <br> They turn the rope as Lucy answers, "I'm four, going on four and one-twelfth!"<br> <br>

Patty and Sherman appeared in 1950 at the age of five or six. Lucy and Schroeder appeared a year later at the age of one. Lucy has aged but Patty has not. Charlie Brown appeared at the age of four also in 1950. Linus will be born and will age and end up in the same class as all the rest of gang. Time is relative in the comics.
