Linus is holding his blanket. Lucy faces Linus on the grass by the corner of the house. She asks, "You know what we're going to do tomorrow?"<br> <br> Lucy clasps her hands as Linus looks at her. She exclaims, "Patty and Violet and I are going on a picnic!"<br> <br> Linus clutches his blanket to his head and sucks his thumb. Lucy looks up into the sky and says, "I just hope to goodness that it doesn't rain.."<br> <br> Linus lets the blanket fall to the floor whiles holding the end of it in one hand. He says, "'Hoping to Goodness' is not theologically sound!"<br> <br>
