Lucy kneels on the ground, holding the football and asks, "How's that? Is that about right?" Charlie Brown rolls his eyes and thinks, "She must think I'm a complete fool!"<BR><BR> Lucy says, "I'll hold the ball Charlie Brown, and you come running up, and kick it . . ."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown walks away and says, "Every year she pulls the same trick on me!"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown grits his teeth and says, "Well this year it's not going to work! This year I'm not going to be fooled!"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown runs down the feild and stops in front of Lucy and the ball. Lucy says, "Well?" Charlie Brown looks confused.<BR><BR> Lucy says, "You thought I was going to pull the ball away, didn't you? Why Charlie Brown, I'm ashamed of you! I'm also insulted!"<BR><BR> Lucy continues, "Don't you trust anyone any more? Has your mind become so darkened with mistrust that you've lost your ability to believe in people?"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown races down the field.<BR><BR> Lucy pulls the ball away. Charlie Brown yells as he flies in the air and lands flat on his back.<BR><BR> Lucy stands above him and says, "Isn't it better this way Charlie Brown? Isn't it better to trust people?"<BR><BR>
