In 2 Kings, the House of Omri fell as each member died one by one. King Ahab is killed in battle, followed by his sons, Kings Ahaziah (died from injuries sustained from a fall) and Joram (killed by King Jehu of Israel), his grandson, King Ahaziah of Judah (also killed by Jehu), his wife, Queen Jezebel, his surviving relatives and descendants (all killed by Jehu) and his daughter, Queen Athaliah of Judah (killed under orders from Jehoiada the high priest).
