She exclaims, "The meeting of the board of the 'Pelicans' baseball team will come to order!"<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty shouts, "Today we're going to vote on whether or not we call Chuck . . . I vote 'yes'!!"<BR><BR> Marcie says, "I vote 'no'." Franklin says, "I can't decide." Peppermint Patty exclaims, "Then the 'yes' has it!"<BR><BR> Marcie asks, "How come?"
