Peppermint Patty lies in bed asleep.<BR><BR> Marcie and Charlie Brown are walking down the lane. The latter says,"Maybe she'll want to go over to the playground..."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown stands below the doorsteps as Marcie climbs them and reaches out towards the door. She says,"I'll go in and ask her..." She walks up to a sleeping Peppermint Patty and queries,"Sir?"<BR><BR> She jumps as the latter jumps up shouting,"I'M AWAKE! I'M AWAKE!! THE ANSWER IS ELEVEN!"<BR><BR> Marcie leans her arms on the bed and says,"School is over for the summer, sir..."<BR><BR> She falls over as Peppermint Patty shouts again,"SIXTEEN! THE ANSWER IS SIXTEEN!"<BR><BR> As Peppermint Patty resumes sleeping, Marcie continues,"Chuck and I just came by to see if you want to do anything today..."<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty jumps up and yells,"HENRY V! MANIFEST DESTINY! PLYMOUTH ROCK!"<BR><BR> As Peppermint Patty rolls over smiling, and resumes sleeping. Marcie concludes,"You may sit down now, Patricia...those were very good answers..I'm going to give you an 'A'!"<BR><BR> Marcie walks out of the house and joins Charlie Brown outside. She says,"I think she'll probably sleep until september..."<BR><BR>
