Snoopy flies through the air at his target.<BR><BR> Linus sits on the ground sucking his thumb and holding his blanket. Snoopy sits next to him with the tail of the blanket in his mouth. Snoopy thinks, "Just what I need . . A mouthful of flannel."<BR><BR>

I thought flannel blankets were the natural prey of beagle snakes.

After all the times he stole Linus’s blanket, why should he be bothered by a mouthful of flannel?
