Snoopy lays on his stomach on his doghouse, looking over the edge. Woodstock is perched on his back. Snoopy thinks, "It's not going to happen.."<BR><BR> They sit and face each other. Woodstock asks a question. Snoopy answers, "Not for us!"<BR><BR> They both look up as Snoopy thinks, "There's no use getting your hopes up.."<BR><BR> Snoopy leans over the edge of his doghouse and thinks, "We're the lowest of the low.."<BR><BR> They are sitting again. Snoopy raises his arms and thinks, "Old Santa Claus couldn't care less about creatures like us!"<BR><BR> "We don't count for anything! That old guy doesn't even know we exist..."<BR><BR> Snoopy thinks, "?" as they both look up.<BR><BR> Present tumble down and hit them on the head.<BR><BR> Snoopy leans over the edge of the doghouse, as Woodstock stands on his head. They stare at the pile of gifts on the ground. Snoopy thinks, "Wow! I can't believe it!"<BR><BR> They watch as a piece of paper floats down. Snoopy thinks, "There's a card, too? What does it say?" [PANEL 11]: Snoopy reads, "Merry Christmas From the New Improved Santa Claus."<BR><BR>
