It’s madness, not science!

Linus will be a nervous wreck for weeks.

Linus has always been a nervous wreck. He is just able to mask and hide it from us. But then, with Lucy around, can you blame him?

A lot done in the name of science IS madness.

Great job, Madame Lucy!!!

Linus needs to hire Lio’s cat, Cybil, to take care of Lucy.

Now run, Linus, before she takes it away from you again.

Cruel and unusual punishment. Banish her to the Null Void. Wait, belay that order. She’ll make it more cruel and more unusual for them.

When I was little reading this comic strip I thought Lucy was mean, now I relate to her, should I be concerned?

But, Lucy, will anyone believe you? ;)

For some reason, I think Lucy’s teacher was looking for a science project that involves nature, such as insects, the solar system, electricity, etc. rather than a psychology experiment. I know in school when we had to do science projects, the teacher wasn’t referring to a psychology experiment.

I don’t recall any school Science Fairs or Science Projects displaying a human experiment. (Note: think about the science projects when you were in school). Lucy is not doing what the teacher intended. She should have asked the teacher before pursuing this as her project. It would serve her right if she gets an “F” for failing to provide a project, especially since it is also inflicting psychological harm to her little brother.

Lucy, a source of pain, sorrow and travail wherever she goes.

If she would offer the blanket then pull it back just as he reaches for it, that would be even more cruel–but fun.

Wow, the Van Pelts’ walls change color just like the Peanuts masthead.
