Freda’s always pushing Snoopy to make a positive contribution to the world, like chasing rabbits. As if owning a Van Gogh and battling the Red Baron – whenever he does these things in this chronology – weren’t positive enough…Oh, I guess she hadn’t heard that he was a published author, either, in genre fiction (“it was a dark and stormy night”, no less).

Frieda’s a disgrace by her own standards too: All she ever does is complain about Snoopy and talk about her naturally curly hair.

at least you will never get tired.

The rabbits don’t mind it either.

I agree with SNoopy. You get the question “Its 10 PM. Do you know where your children are?” Charlie Brown says YA on his doghouse.

Frieda has to learn Snoopy isn’t a normal, run-of-the-mill dog. He’s a Super Beagle!

Calling all Dick Tracy fans! Moon Maid is apparently back — or you can at least see her back in today’s strip. People who were DT fans back in the ’60s and ’70s are definitely excited!

@ChrissyT: My thoughts exactly. The world has a few too may Friedas. Unfortunately, many gravitate to congress or elsewhere in DC and try to impose their sense or morals on the rest of us. I still think Frieda grew up to become Nancy Pelosi. Or was that Lucy?

Freda is that way because she’s jealous of Snoopy’s success.
