By the way, I don’t think I mentioned this to you but along with my job, I am also studying towards a qualification so it’s an apprenticeship really. I have completed 42% of my qualification so far and it’s not due to be completed until April 2018. I upload my work on this online portfolio I have and it’s marked online too by my assessor along with feedback notes.
I’m still enjoying it but I’m dreading the end of December because that’s when my contract ends. I have no idea whether I’ll be kept on. It’s scary having to wait to find out. I’m sure they would love to keep me on but if they don’t have the funding, they can’t.
I really don’t want to be unemployed again. It sucked the life out of me. Not exaggerating.
