I have my suspicions that “she” is a man in his 40s. ;-)

Most likely, Snoopy walked as far as to the next suburb, ran into a anonymous nice lady who happened to be living in a vine-covered cottage, got a treat, then decided he’d been searching for Helen Sweetstory long enough, and went home to write the biography anyway.

You’ll have to buy the book like everyone else, Charlie Brown!

My wife does this to me. If I ever want to start a conversation with my wife, all I have to do is pick up a newspaper and start reading it.
