I’m having a hard time with the “sack” word…..around here we would call it a “bag”. I can’t remember hearing ,“Did you bring your own sack, or do you want to buy one for your groceries today?”. Always hear “bag”, not ’sack" used.
I do not know how this plot will congeal. But for me, this is beginning to look like a “dream sequence” from a Broadway musical. On modern staging, there should be some contemporary ballet dancers in the background. Hopefully, Schulz would not do it.

He’s like Luigi, winning by doing nothing! Though I guess by this point Karma owes him a lot of good fortune.

Maybe the camp councilors thought that he was a short undercover police officer and upgraded the food.

How could Charlie Brown eat without taking off that “sack”? Magic of comics?

CB is only getting all the accolades because no one can see what Lucy called his “wishy-washy face.”

I bet things will go downhill when that sack is removed.

Just keep your mouth closed and let them think that you’re doing great things, CB!

“That government is best which governs least.” – depends on who you ask – this quote is attributed to a number of people from Jefferson to Thoreau.

See Charlie Brown? Even a blockhead like you can get something nice once in a while.

Whatever leadership skills Charlie is showing here with strangers, he should put to work when he gets home.

You know if he gets down in the dumps he could change his name. Sad Sack Brown, has a ring to it don’t you think.
