I remember a hilarious Pearls Before Swine strip from a few years ago where Goat sends a “Poke” to Rat on Facebook. Rat turns up at Goat’s house and says “Did you give me a poke on Facebook?” Goat replies “Yes, I think so” Rat goes away and then return with a huge metal pipe (I think) and says “Poked you back”

Send the rat to sign the books. It’s the rat who entertains us, not Pastis!

Rat actually did have hair at one point, and I thought his hairstyle looked cool. https://www.gocomics.com/pearlsbeforeswine/2011/04/01
