Personally, i didn’t have a dog in this latest fight. I dislike Dems and Repubs – or any party apparatchiks for that matter – in equal measure. I voted third party because up here in true-blue New York any vote for a non-Dem presidential candidate amounts to throwing your vote away. So I’m coming at this as a total non-partisan. And i have to say, I wonder sometimes how Trump is going to handle the Iran-Russia-Israel triangle. Some of the people he’s hiring are at odds with each other ideologically on this one. I mean, it’s the Russians – our brand new buddies! – who are arming the Iranians to the teeth, helping them build their reactors, etc. But Iran is sworn to the destruction of Israel and a state sponsor of terrorism. And Israel is our long term partner in the region. So you can see the tensions that are going to build here. Add to that the inherent volatility of the Middle East and you have a recipe for total war…
