This is, what? The fourth or fifth strip you’ve posted the same comment to? Honestly, it’s getting a bit tired, don’t you think? At least mix it up a bit for variety!

Just yesterday I saw a headline saying that lines around the eyes may indicate cardiac problems. So maybe your crow’s feet have more to say about your death than your life.

As for the supposedly interesting person…we have a proverb here: tell me what you boast of and I’ll tell you what you lack entirely.

Continuing on the “wrinkjles tell a story” metaphor… does that mean anti-wrinkle creams are nature’s “white-out”?

@APersonOfInterest —maybe we were too nice. We don’t need nor want a long rant about other comics. We know there are other comics and if we’re tuned into the Pickles strip, then we like Pickles.

Well STOP already… We have brains and can think for ourselves. You don’t need to be on a soapbox trying to “encourage” us to accept comics as a serious art form.. Thank you.

A few years ago our local paper changed which comic strips to have. We voted our preferences on the samples. I voted for Pickles, glad I did. But it isn’t in our Sunday paper or our snowbird town’s paper, so I’m glad I have it sent to my email box. I also voted for Fred Basset. I like Luann and I also get her on Sundays here.

The ones I think are getting too similar in theme day after day are Zits and Crankshaft, although lately the two old women plot is a different direction. Last, I don’t really care for Get Fuzzy—I guess I have to think too hard to see where it is going.

When I was a little girl, I went to the used comic store across the street from Grandma’s. I like Little Lulu and the closest I can come to tht is Nancy, on this site also.

I live in the city where the Garfield studio is but I can take him or leave him.
