right, essex. i went to dmv, old geezer at the counter failed the color test, failed the peripheral vision test, and couldn’t read jack on the “huge” line. you betcha, virginia gave him a sunrise to sunset operator’s license. and i have to have the fbi, hsa, uscg, va state pd, and background check to step into a truck. and pay for all that, too. noone ever explained to me how all that would keep Habib from shotgunning a driver, and sailing an oxygen tanker into a kerosene truck in a metro tunnel during rush hour. heh.
