I have one of those in the log. The rest all show from “Arizona” (really, the whole state?) or “Phoenix” or “Unknown Name” (poor fellow, must’ve been hit in the head).
So glad I have caller ID. If its important – there is voicemail. about once a month, I do the 411 on the numbers I don’t know before I delete my phone log.
Get calls all the time from some other state. Of course, I never answer them. My answering machine picks up and, very quickly, the caller hangs up when the message starts.
This happened to me once. I had driven my mom to the local kitty ER. While we were there, my phone rang with my mom’s home number on the caller ID. It was a friend wondering what was going on.

I keep getting calls from myself! Caller ID shows the phone number of the phone that is ringing. Anyone else?

My uncle’s parrot has been known to call people on the phone.

It’s a phishing scam. Just don’t answer the phone.

Actually saw one of my cats call my cell when she knocked over the house phone. Right after that I stopped using speed Dial.
