I’ve got one of those Earls right here! Nothing is his problem until it escalates to his job description, which is sort of nebulous and hard to pin down.

Once I thought baby Marcus wanted to cry.I tried not to bother him so I turned the volume up.It turns out that is not considered the proper response.Who knew?

Watching TV has made Earl a stuporhero.

Opposite of a superhero would be a supervillan, no?

My Dad is one of those who channel surfs all evening.To all those people who channel surf: You either watch something or switch the TV off. Nuff said.xxx

@johnchambers But then Earl would also have to learn to cook his own meals, do laundry, iron….There is a division of labor in a household. Earl is supposed to do “fix this” stuff.

@number three Indeed. my husband does the same. Watches three shows at once. I suggested he wear headphones or I could put a brick through the tv.
