Not much worse than a lot of today’s “salads” – iceberg lettuce, topped with multiple cheeses, some deep-fried meat substance, mayo-based salad dressing, etc. At least the avocado is nutritious, and the chili could well be.
Salad is in the eyes of the beholder. When I was in college, we used to mix Dannon fruit yogurt with Cool Whip and call it yogurt salad. Yes, I know. Don’t say it.
