Apparently, Pluggers can’t afford to have more than one land line. Or is that just in Montana?
Don’t they have an extension? We had one in the 1970’s. Listen to the conversation from the kitchen phone, on the den extension… ???
We didn’t have the luxury of an extension phone in the 70’s, but did have a 30’ cord. I could let the dog out, swat a kid for getting into something, cook dinner, etc all the while talking on that old rotary phone.
