I know a lot of “Pluggers” who are attached to their trucks.

“Rednecks” have gun racks in the back window…

No, pluggers are hard working and preserve things. Rednecks just put their broken down trucks in the back yard with the washing machine and other broken down junk.

Yep, we had that very truck, including the Earl Sheib $39 aqua paint job!

Wait… that car is how old? And it’s not rusting or falling apart? Pluggers: Masters of the Dark Arts.

@tigger; How about the one where the engine catches fire! In the middle of rush-hour traffic? Been there, done that.

Rednecks are from the south. Pluggers are from all parts of the country

LOL, good ol’ Earl (Sheib) raised his prices over the years. I believe we paid $39.99 in the late 1960’s. I also remember when you could spot that popular aqua paint job everywhere you went. Does that company still exist?

When I was a kid, we lived right next door to the main one in LA. Earl Shieb was $14.95 until the late 50s, then it changed to $19.95.
