I was totally dyslexic with that thing! Couldn’t make it do a darn thing I wanted it to. Some kids could draw a complex scene. Didn’t matter, it was gone the minute some brat got ahold of it and shook it upside down.
That reminds me when Dilbert’s pointy-haired boss brought his laptop and asked him how to clear the screen and Dilbert said to hold it over his head and shake.

I remember “Etch-A-Sketch”! They were fun to play with, even if you were one of those kids who couldn’t make impressive drawings on them.

I always hated getting the used ones with the knobs gone. It hurts the fingers.
