Here of late, I have been doing the cooking(for the most part) and the cleaning up do to my wife’s illness. For most of our married life, she cooked and I cleaned up after so no big deal .
That seems to be my wife’s theory along with “You get to clean.”
I would do more cooking, but the grill is buried in the snowbank! Can’t wait for winter to end.
Kevlar sheeting for the grill works wonders. Do everything on it, even eggs and toast!
She’s a herbivore and he’s a carnivore…… no wonder there’s so much mess if he had to prepare two meals.
That would be my wife’s kitchen mantra; and this is the mantra who gets stuck with the clean-up. And it’s about this level.
Oh that’s okay, I’ll keep doing the cooking. But thanks anyway!
