As Robin Williams (1951-2014) said in 1992, “Ten thousand years will give you such a crick in the neck.” Then he pops off his head, spins it around a few times, and puts it back on his neck.

My neck is fine. Knees on the other hand different story.

For me, it’s not the upper, but the lower spine—-thus lots if pain in walking.

I found a video on the You Tube from a physical therapist that showed a series of easy exercises for the neck. It takes about 3 minutes, total. It has helped my neck. Worth the time, and the price was right (free).

This is what comes of eating Rice Krispies too often as a kid. Oh, those three elves — Snap, Crackle, and Pop — seemed so cool back then!

My daughter is a chiropractor. After a lifetime of contact sports, her professional diagnosis of my neck is, “It’s a mess!”

I had that when I worked quarter end closes, crunching numbers made my neck crunch. But all that disappeared when I retired, yay!

this goes not only for my neck but my back, shoulders, and knees. I sound like a bowl of Rice Crispys in the morning. Snap – Crackle – Pop!
