Fenyugreek Tubbsbottl lll says: margueritem: P.s. The neighbours cautioned me against “firin’ th’ ol’ grill” today. -I bought it last week in anticipation of your good recipe- But alas; the sun was out and it was at least 55degrees. Sadly they said -the neighbours- that it just wasn’t done in the winter?!?

Looks like the Pulled Pork will have to wait in the icebox ‘till spring. How say you?

We cooked the pork last Wednesday, it was in the high 50s. It did take longer to cook, but it was delicious. What part of the country do you reside in? Warmer weather will help the grill keep it’s temperature better. We use a covered grill, so that the meat cooks like it’s in an oven. You use an indirect method, so that the meat doesn’t sit directly over the coals.

Somebody’s got to take fish over to Orlandos. Chazz, time to show Poncho your love.

Pardon me for jumping in on the conversation, but as long as the grill ain’t under water or buried in snow, it’s always grilling season!

~Why, we’re neighbors! We’re in AZ, at 5000 feet. Weather is in the 50s here today, and sunny. Some porksteaks will be cooked on the grill tonight.
