On a re-run strip like this one, it gives a strange sense of temporal disconnect to read about “current events” in the wrong time frame. Still, today’s strip provides both cause for reflection and a good punchline.
Preteena is very difficult, and sometimes impossible, to read on Sundays when a large comic is fit into a small space, so why is it that Preteena is the ONLY comic for which the magnifier function is ALWAYS disabled? Why have a magnifier at all when it is only available for comics that don’t need it, and never available for those that do?

The text is illegible. I’m gonna write to Gomics and ask them to cancel this strip.
