I am keeping this. I made meatloaf yesterday. Five (5) lbs ground beef. Two (2) lbs ground turkey and 2 more of ground sausage. Two (2) onions, two (2) cloves of garlic and two (2) shallots. Spices, Worcestershire sauce, a bit of A-1, three (3) pks of onion soup mix and two (2) eggs. And pepper and other spices and herbs to choice. And enough bacon to line the bottom of the loaf pans. Line the pans with aluminum and then put enough bacon to cover the bottom of the pans. Mix all the ingredients by hand and place into the pans. Top with bacon. Bake for 30 minutes in your oven at 350º F. (175º C) Rotate pans 180º and bake for another 30 minutes. I then rotate again and bake on retained heat for another 15 minutes. This recipe made 4 loaves. Freeze as much as you want. I usually take one loaf and put it in the refrigerator section and enjoy later. MMMMMMMMMMMMMM
