Um, excuse me… are those people held in Gitmo US citizens? They’re terrorists who do NOT have the right to the American justice system (such as it is under a Marxist-in-Chief) despite what the whiny liberal-white-guilt nurks would have us believe.
You would have them released and let them return to what they were doing to get them there in the first place?!? Those detainees have more rights and privileges than many actual Americans citizens do.
