Isn’t just Hillary happy over the demise of the 5th Estate. Those on the right have been giving short shrift to the press for decades. Facts have such a liberal bias.
Compromised journalists are a plague. Commentators are fine, when their expressions are acknowledged as subjective. However, having supposedly objective reporters twist “facts” to their partisan prejudices… well it produces just the system we see today.
Um, I’m usually behind the curve on these things, but you guys do know that the FOURTH is journalism media, and that, per Wikipedia, “The Fifth Estate is a socio-cultural reference to groupings of outlier viewpoints in contemporary society, and is most associated with bloggers, journalists, and non-mainstream media outlets”, right? You know, that Neverneverland where knowledge is acquired, opinions thoughtfully formed, informed discussion of weighty matters conducted. Right?
Can’t believe anyone used “substantial” referring to CNN. It is the E Network of reporting, amazingly frivolous. Get stuck with it at various hotels and airports, and the serial vapidity astounds a literate mind.
