I know this is comedic exaggeration, but really is he that way in any way with her?

How would he know a jerk? He listens to the libertoadys and the trumpettes! Both the major political machines have crap in the gears. Both have been overgreased to the point they aren’t working. WAKE UP, PEOPLE! FIND SOMEONE YOU CAN VOTE FOR INSTEAD OF AGAINST!

At least depicting Tim Kaine as a dog isn’t as bad as Mike Pence depicted as a goldfish

This strip, and most of the comments, make no sense whatsoever. Stantis apparently phoned this one in. I’m really looking forward to Kaine’s two terms, after Hillary’s. The rubes will hate it.

This completely falls flat as a caricature of Kaine. Slavish, brainless worshipful loyalty doesn’t correspond to anything about the genuine Kaine. It’s just lazy.

Of course, Hunny Bunny fails as a Clinton caricature because she doesn’t correspond to anything about the real Clinton, either. Hunny Bunny is a caricature of what some people think Clinton is, rather than what’s actually there in front of them. An egotistical megalomaniac who calls other people “minions” and expects people to worship her every word is funny and all that, but it has nothing to do with Clinton.

If Hunny Bunny was merely depicted as a stiff, straightlaced policy wonk who had no idea how to communicate with crowds and hated public speaking because she hated having to pretend to enjoy it, that would correspond to the Clinton who actually exists.

Of COURSE it’s old disproven nonsense and Republican hate. You expected something else from this strip? Admittedly there was a bit of Trump hate for a while, and some Gary Johnson hero worship for a week or two, but the “humor” never strayed far from the Hillary Hate.
