Yeah, Carmen, just eliminate the First Amdt. However, today’s GOP would elevate the 2nd to first place and shoot you if they disagree.

The more I think about it the more I am certain than the VPOTUS Pence wrote that letter or at least was involved in it. Why else is it still a secret?
