I think it was Larry Lujack who was looking into buying a house in Phoenix, arriving on one of those 110 degree F days. When the Realtor fed him that line, he replied, “So’s a blowtorch up your ass. That doesn’t make it comfortable.”
I prefer the dry heat without all the humidity than the East coast heat or near any body of water with the heat and humidity. Besides, a swamp cooler or evaporative cooler works well with the dry heat. :)
