I am not a goldarn smurf. I come from the Fugate clan of eastern Kentucky. Look up methemoglobinemia. Look up Fugates of Kentucky: skin bluer than Lake Louise. Yes, the recessive gene was passed down through intermarriage. What's wrong with marrying my cousin?

@Meh~todology, fka Pepelaptur. Didn’t you get Teresa’s newsletter about her being in the hospital and having blood transfusions? She’s trying to recover, I think. Hopefully, she will be back in lame form soon.

When rabbits start caring about the size of their ears, things can only go badly.

?!?!? Not by a long shot, I’m afraid, This is pretty tame on the lame-o-meter. Teresa has done dozens of FAs that were way beyond this is bizarreness. Have you been through her archive? I wish I could point you to specific examples, but this wouldn’t make even my long list, let alone my short list of truly bizarre FAs.

I looked up winklepickers. They’re a style of shoe or boot worn during the 1950s onward. They were popular with British rock and roll fans.

Happy Birthday, goboboyd. I’ve always been curious how it feels to have a birthday on a holiday. As a kid, I can see how you might never be able to have a party on your actual birthdate—either days before or days after to have a get-together. Does anyone else have a holiday birthday?

My guess the proofreader and the “take me to your leader” are the same person.

painedsmile 20 minutes agoI looked up tuna tower. It’s a real thing or place. It’s the crow’s nest on a yacht. Google ‘tuna tower’ and ‘yacht’ together.
